PURPOSE: A polarizing device for replacing TFT is provided to efficiently control an angle of incoming light by controlling an angle. CONSTITUTION: A quartz glass part(54a) laminates a plurality of quartz glasses. A first frame(54b) forms a plurality of protrusions for the lamination of the quartz glass part at a constant interval inside and fixes a first side and a third side of the quartz glass part. A second frame(54c) fixes a second side and a fourth side of the quartz glass part and accepts an opening(O) at a center. The second frame comprises a rotary shaft(A), an angle control part, and a support member(B). The rotary shaft is rotatable at 360 degrees by itself. The angle control part is connected to the rotary shaft and controls an angle. The support member fixes and supports the rotary shaft.
