PURPOSE: A manhole cover is provided protect an electromagnetic valve and a measuring instrument from rainwater by maintaining a waterproof state in a manhole. CONSTITUTION: A manhole cover comprises an inner-lid support(30), and an inner lid(40). The inner-lid support is detachably assembled on a manhole frame(20). The inner-lid support comprises an inner groove, an assembling protrusion, and a hanging protrusion. A raised portion is formed in the inner groove, and an inner packing is inserted into the inner groove. The assembling protrusion is formed outside the raised portion, and a second fastening hole assembled to a coupling protrusion(22) is formed on the assembling protrusion. The hanging protrusion is formed in the raised portion.
