FIELD: personal use articles. ^ SUBSTANCE: base unit with a drain for a shower cabin comprises a shower tray to install at least one vertical wall of the shower cabin, having floor, drain cavity and a drain hole. Drain cavity is recessed in the floor at the drain hole and forms a perimetre of the drain cavity passing around the drain hole. In the drain cavity over the drain hole a drain cover is installed essentially flush with the floor areas adjacent to the perimetre of the drain cavity. It has a perimetre located at a distance from the perimetre of the drain cavity with formation of a peripheral passage between them for a peripheral flow into the drain hole under the drain cover. The drain cover has at least one anti-swirling rib passing along its lower side in the direction of the drain hole near it so as to destroy the swirling in water passing through the drain hole. The anti-swirling rib passes to a predetermined height above the drain hole. A version of the node is provided. ^ EFFECT: invention provides improved sanitary and hygienic conditions of shower cabins due to creation of high-speed drain flow. ^ 18 cl, 10 dg |
