PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a member of vehicle and side member produced by the same are provided to secure the structural rigidity by changing martensite structure by heat-treating general steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a member of vehicle comprises next steps. A plurality of different blanks(B1,B2,B3) is made of different types of steel plate. A customized black(30) is manufactured by arranging different types of steel plate and welding along each tailor weld line using laser. The molded product is heated in a press hot gorging mold die in the higher temperature more than a transformation point temperature. |
