ONE BODY TYPE PRECIPITATOR HAVING NEUTRALIZATION TANK AND COAGULATION TANK ON TOP OF PRECIPITATION TANK AND METHOD OF PRECIPITATING USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An integrated type precipitating apparatus equipped with a neutralizing bath and a coagulating bath on the upper side of a precipitating bath and a precipitating method using the same are provided to reduce costs required for manufacturing the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A V-shaped notch(100) measures the flow rate of raw water. A neutralizing bath(200) is arranged at the lower side of the V-shaped notch. A neutralizing agent and a first coagulating agent injected from a chemical injecting unit are stirred to generate first treated water. A coagulating bath(300) stirs the first treated water and a second coagulating agent to generate second treated water. A pipe-shaped reacting part(400) drops the second treated water to the gravity direction in order to activate the neutralization and the coagulation of the second treated water. A precipitating bath(500) generates water in which sludge is filtered through a slanted plate while the second treated water is transferred to the upper direction. A hopper type concentrating bath(600) is arranged at the lower side of the precipitating bath and accumulates the sludge which is filtered at the precipitating bath.
