PURPOSE: A sterilizing and filtering water purifier based on a silver filter is provided to improve environmentally friendly characteristic of the water purifier by semi-permanently using the silver filter. CONSTITUTION: An inlet(16) is formed at one upper side of a main body(10), and a water container(50) is introduced into the main body through the inlet. A cool water tank is formed at one inner side of the main body and cools water based on a cool water supplying system. A warm water tank is formed at one inner side of the main body and heats water based on a warm water supplying system. A warm water and cool water separator separates water into the cool water tank and the warm water tank to be supplied through a connecting pipe. A water supplying rod(15) is protruded from the inlet to supply water from the water container to the warm water and cool water separator. A silver filter(40) filters and sterilizes water in the water container.
