REFLECTION TYPE DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A display device of a reflection type and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the generation of edge blurring due to bending or moving of a display device. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(20) is formed on a lower substrate(10). A piezoelectric film layer(30) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode(40) is formed on the piezoelectric film layer. The thickness of the piezoelectric film layer is varied according to voltage of the first electrode and the second electrode. A reinforcing interference generates light which is reflected from the second electrode.
