PURPOSE: An opposed collision type sub-micro classification and pulverizer is provided to activate the collision between high pressure air and an object, and the collision between the objects, thereby improving pulverizing efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An opposed collision type sub-micro classification and pulverizer comprises an injection nozzle(30) and an air spray part. The injection nozzle sprays high pressure air toward the inner middle part of a main body. The injection nozzle inflow objects for pulverizing with the high pressure air. The air spray part comprises a buffer part, a spray pipe, and a separating part. The buffer part(61) surrounds the external surface of the discharging pipe of the bottom of a distributing unit(40). The spray pipe(62) is in the buffer part toward top. The separating part(63) separates air to the inner side and the outer side of an area between the distributing unit and the spray pipe. The air spray part sprays air toward the inner side and the outer side of the area between the distribution part and spray pipe at same pressure. The air spray part prevents the inflow of pulverized matter to the area between the distribution part and the spray part.
