PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to reduce maintenance for generating a laser by improving the efficiency of the laser used in crystallization. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor(TFT) comprises an active layer(211), a gate electrode(214), and a source / drain electrode(216a/216b). An organic light-emitting device(EL) comprises an intermediate layer(420) including a pixel electrode(418) and a light-emitting layer and also includes an opposite electrode(421). A storage capacitor comprises a first capacitor electrode(311) and a second capacitor electrode(316). A connecting electrode(314) electrically interlinks an active layer and the first capacitor electrode. The connecting electrode is formed into the same material as the gate electrode.
