An automated system for manufacturing multicrystalline silicon by induction method in a cold crucible includes a stage of material preparation, a method for raw material delivery, more than one plant for multicrystalline silicon ingot production, associated with the control center, each of which is equipped with a hopper for the supplying of raw materials, by the means of handling and moving ingot and methods for removal of ingot, and means for transportation of the ingot into the area of labeling. The means of delivery of raw material is made in the form of raw material delivery system that contains one or more containers, each containing a device for connecting to the bunker for supply of raw materials. The means of transportation of the ingot is made with the possibility of maintenance of each facility for the ingot of multicrystalline silicon producing simultaneously or sequentially. The area of the raw material preparation, delivery system, means of ingot transporting, bunker for supplying raw materials and means for removing ingot of each facility, multicrystalline silicon ingot producing are additionally associated with the control center. |
