A microelectromechanical multi-probe contact device comprises a casing, a flexible multi-layer flat cable fabricated on film-clad dielectrics, contacting of which with a controlled object is realized by compressed air pressing, and comprising contact-probes in the form of balls, a cover, a sealing providing hermiticity of casing, a fixing element, space with a nipple. For improvement control reliability every probe is divided to a number of electrically non-connecting parts in the form of balls meant for contacting to one contact surface in a manner that separate parts of the probe will be electrically connected if balls of at least two parts contact to one surface ; separate parts are connected by separate conductors of the flexible multi-layer flat cable to terminals of a standard flat connector. |
