The invention relates to the devices for electric removal of dispersed particles (ash) and noxious chemicals from flue gases and can be used at the thermal power stations, in chemical and other branches of industry. A plasmachemical reactor comprises a reaction chamber built into a flue duct, a switch-mode power supply for formation of a streamer discharge in the entire volume of the reaction chamber, a unit of steam supply upstream from the reaction chamber and a Venturi scrubber downstream therefrom. In the reaction chamber there are mounted in a staggered order: electrodes in the form of rods with a screw thread, and half of them is grounded and connected to one pole of the power supply and the second half is isolated and connected to another pole of power supply. Increasing efficiency of removal dust from flue gases, nitrogen oxides, sulfur and other noxious compounds is achieved. |
