A method of removal of dust, SOand NOfrom flue gases in electrostatic precipitators with pulsed electron beams generated in a pulsed streamer corona discharge upon application of a pulsed voltage with a tilt of leading edge of the pulse consistent with natural frequency of absorption of SOand NO, on full-wave rectified voltage in phase of its peak value. At the same time moisture content of treated gases and full-wave rectified voltage are kept at optimal level. The method can be used in electric power, thermal power, cement, kiln, metallurgy, chemical industry. The invention provides for simplification of flue gas cleaning of thermal power plants without need for construction new structures (accelerators) and simplification of input of electron beams along the whole path of gas cleaning. |
