DAMPING DEROTATIONAL ZIGZAGGING EXTERNAL PLATE FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS

A damping derotational zigzagging external plate for osteosynthesis consists of the principal plate containing several U-shaped damping areas. Ellipsoid openings for fastening the plates are made with sloped conical side surfaces providing for compression between the areas of the fractured bone. The fixing screws are inserted into the cortical layer of the bone at varying angles.
