FIELD: fire-fighting equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safe operation of chemical weapons destruction facility (CWDF), namely to creation of degassing formulations for application on external and internal surfaces of CWDF and formation on them of self-degassing coating that provides safe operation of facilities with multiple contamination with physiologically active substances (PAS). The formulation includes water-dispersion paint, a mechanical mixture of dry sorbents of biopolymers, surfactants, and water in the following components ratio, wt %: component number 1: water-dispersion paint - 25.0-35.0; component number 2: mechanical mixture of aluminosilicate catalyst, lignin, and sulphonol - 25.0-35.0; water is the rest. Component number 2 is a mechanical mixture of aluminosilicate catalyst, lignin, and sulphonol in the following ratio, wt %: aluminosilicate catalyst - 90.0-95.0, lignin - 4.0-9.0; sulphonol - 1.0-5.0. The achieved positive effect is ensured with a component composition and their balanced ratio in the formulation. ^ EFFECT: provision of safe operation of facilities in contamination with main types of PAS of general toxic principle of action in case of emergency. ^ 2 cl, 2 tbl |
