PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing component burrs of a vehicle is provided to prevent an accident by a auto-setting and monitoring function and operates by changing a program in case that a size or shape of a vehicle component is changed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for removing component burrs of a vehicle comprises a jig unit, a burr removing unit(200) and a burr removing controlling unit(300). In case that a component size of a vehicle is set, jig members(101,102,103,104,105,106) of the jig unit put a component of the vehicle into a table(2) and clamp. A plurality of knives(221,222,223) of the burr removing unit is respectively mounted corresponding to each air cylinders(201,202,203). A plurality of knives is transferred from the upper part of the table to a position for removing burrs. The burr removing controlling unit is received information related to the position for removing burrs and a size of the vehicle component. The burr removing controlling unit controls the jig unit and burr removing controlling unit by a pre-set program, thereby driving the jig members and knives.
