FIELD: textile, paper. ^ SUBSTANCE: thread-guide system of flyer frame contains a hinged holder pivotally mounted on a plate along the cylinder rod and a sleeve mounted in a bearing with a thread-guiding element fixed inside it. Between the front exhaust pair and the hinged holder, thread-guides are placed in the form of rolls, made with a cross elliptical section and with borders around the edges, and mounted on an additional shaft placed along the machine, receiving rotational motion from the front cylinder of the exhaust device. At that on the sleeve mounted on the hinged holder, a gear is installed in contact with the worm screw, coupled with the front cylinder of the exhaust device, imparting a rotary motion to the thread-guiding element. The thread-guiding element is represented as a twisting tube. ^ EFFECT: use of the given invention enables to improve the performance of the flyer frame due to reducing breakage of yarn and improve the quality of manufactured yield. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
