FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coal grinding and may be used in power production, construction, chemical and other industries. Grinding roll ring is provided with special wear resistant ceramic inserts. Roll body with ring fitted thereon runs in spherical double-row roller bearings relative to roll fixed axle. Roll axle is mounted in lever that transmits pressure force via pressure lever from hydraulic cylinders to grinding roll. Lever is mounted on mill housing in supports using pin bearings. Sealing cover with air seal box is arranged on roll body. Sealing air is fed via lever and lever axle channels to cups. Sealing air temperature in sealing cover and cup seals does not exceed 50C. ^ EFFECT: reliable sealing, longer life. ^ 2 dwg |
