PURPOSE: An impedance code generating circuit and a semiconductor device including the same are provided to prevent a non-linear deformation of an impedance value by controlling a difference between two reference voltages according to an impedance code. CONSTITUTION: An impedance unit(420) drives a calibration node with a first level using an impedance value. The impedance valve is determined by an impedance code. A code generating unit(410) generates the impedance code. A voltage of the calibration node has a level between a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage. A reference voltage generating unit(430) generates the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage.
