PURPOSE: An arm rest coupling structure for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by offering the easily enabling users to easily assemble the arm rest coupling structure. CONSTITUTION: An arm rest coupling structure for a vehicle includes a fixing unit, an insertion unit, and a combining unit(112). The fixing unit is formed on an arm rest(R). The insertion unit is formed on a pull handle(P). The insertion unit includes a hook unit(111) on one side, and a body unit(113) installed separately from the hook unit. The body unit is formed in a cylinder shape. The combining unit is integrated with the body unit.
