PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing crude drug mixture extract of Ficus stipulacea Thunb. Lespedeza cuneata G. Don is provided to effectively suppress tyrosinase activity and to ensure excellent whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A crude drug mixture extract for skin whitening and anti-aging contains 5-50 wt% of extract isolated from Ficus stipulacea Thunb. and Lespedeza cuneata G. Don. The used solvent for extraction is water, ethanol, glycerin, butylenes glycol, or propylene glycol. The composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion or cream.
