PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to secure the reliability and mechanical intensity of a body by overlapping a first lead frame with a second lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device package includes a light emitting device(140) and a body(110). The body includes a first lead frame with a light emitting device and a second lead frame. A cavity is formed on the first and second lead frames. A first protrusion with a first length is formed in the first lead frame. The second lead frame has a second length which is different from the first length. A second protrusion is formed in the second lead frame and is parallel to the first protrusion.
