PURPOSE: A mobile terminal is provided to remove the inconvenience of users having more than one terminal for individually downloading the same application. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal comprises the following: a wireless communication unit(110) transmitting a generated application request signal to a download server, and receiving the specific application from the download server; and a controller(180) setting more than one terminal into a download group using the download server. The controller transmits the specific application to at least one terminal in the download group.
