PAGER AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR HAVING ADVERTISING FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A pager with an advertizing function and a method for controlling the same are provided to set waiting numbers without a re-loading process by manipulating the button input part of the pager. CONSTITUTION: A communicating part(21) communicates with a number generator. A button input part(22) transmits an inherent identification and a waiting number requesting signal to the number generator through the communication part. An input port receives advertizing information. A memory(24) stores the advertizing information from the input port. A processor(28) decodes the advertizing information of the memory. A displaying part(26) displays the advertizing information. A power part(29) supplies operational power to respect components.
