Disclosed herein are the use of 2-amniooxazolines of formula I, wherein the substituents are as defined with in the specification, in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of diseases related to the biological function of the trace amine associated receptors, which diseases are anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, neurological diseases, Parkinson's disease, neurodegenerative disorders, Alzheimer's disease, epilepsy, migraine and metabolic disorders, diabetes, diabetic complications, dyslipidemia, disorders of energy consumption and assimilation and disorders and malfunction of body temperature homeostasis. Also disclosed are compounds of formula (I-A)-(I-H), processes for their preparation and medicaments comprising said compounds.
