PURPOSE: A filter circuit and an integrated circuit including the same are provided to reduce the loading and the area of a circuit. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of shifting units(210,211A,211B,212A,212B,215A,215B) shift stored values in response to an input signal. An initial value setting unit(220) sets an initial value. The initial value is stored at the plurality of shifting units according to a filtering depth. An activated initial value approaches the preset shifting unit. An output signal is generated.
