The block (3) has a power supply detection device (1) incorporated with an alternate current (AC) adapter (16) that is connected to an inner power line (14). The AC adapter is connected to a detection unit (12) to detect a power supply signal. A lighting management module (2) is incorporated in the block electrically connected to the inner power line. The management module comprises a wireless receiver (20) to receive the power supply signal. A recharge device (26) forms an electric loop with a power supply device (24) to maintain an internal power supply of the supply device. The block is equipped with a light emitter selected among LED, CRT, gas-discharge lamp and halogen lamp.
