MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FORMING THE EMBOSSED FLAT STEEL AND FLAT STEEL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a flat steel bar with embossed joints that act as threads and a flat steel bar manufactured by the same are provided to facilitate the extension of a flat steel bar because two flat steel bars can be connected without welding or thread-forming. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a flat steel bar with embossed joints is as follows. Billet is heated over a recrystallization temperature. The billet is put in a machining roll with depressed joints. Embossed joints(21) are formed by the machining roll on the lateral side(20-1) of a flat steel bar(20).
