PURPOSE: A clamp assembly for a sun visor is provided to prevent urethane foam liquid from flowing into a clamp assembly by sealing in the inside of the clamp assembly, thereby the sun visor keeps operation and position. CONSTITUTION: A clamp assembly(300) for a sun visor is inserted and fixed in a sun visor(100) and elastically supports a pivot arm(200) to limit rotating angle of the sun visor. The clamp assembly comprises a bracket and a clamp. The bracket is inserted to be coupled to the pivot arm. The clamp is built in the bracket and coupled to the pivot arm in order to elastically support the pivot arm.
