PURPOSE: An input-output apparatus of a vacuum circuit breaker is provided to restrict withdrawal of the vacuum circuit breaker by including a carriage brake unit for restricting carriage movement. CONSTITUTION: A circuit breaker main body is arranged on the upper surface of a carriage(141). A girder(151) is arranged on the front surface of the carriage. A transfer nut(171) is screw-combined with a lead screw(161). A carriage brake unit(190) suppresses carriage movement. A body and a plunger(193) for generating magnetic force are included in the carriage brake unit. A transfer nut control unit controls the rotation of the transfer nut.
