PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an LED emergency lamp is provided to reduce volume of the LED emergency lamp by including a control circuit consisting of a relay and an LDO in the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: An LED emergency lamp(9) is composed of a battery charger(6), a battery(7), an SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply), a control circuit, and an LED. The control circuit is included in the PCB(Printed Circuit Board). The LDO is controlled by using a constant voltage integrated circuit. The battery is charged through the battery charger. The LED emergency lamp is turned on by receiving direct current voltage from the charged battery. The control circuit is composed of a relay and an LDO(Low Drop Regulator). |
