<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing anti-glare film is provided to effectively prevent a phenomenon which obstructs visibility such as twinkles, thereby improving the anti-glare effect. CONSTITUTION: A lithographic process is performed which is forming concavo-convex by photolithography on a photoresist film. A concavo-convex shape is transferred in a metal by electroforming the metal on the obtained concavo-convex face of the photoresist film. The metal plate with transferred the concavo-convex shape is exfoliated from the photoresist film and a metal mold is manufactured. The metal plate with transferred the concavo-convex shape is used as the metal mold. A glare-proof film(20) with concavo-convex is manufactured by transferring a concavo-convex shape of a surface to the surface of a film. The lithographic process is operated by exposing and consistently developing the photoresist film through a photomask with two or more different size patterns.</p> |
