Disclosed is a 1-(4-((5R,7R)-7-hydroxy-5-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-l-yl)propan-1-one of Formula I and salts thereof, wherein: R1 is alkyl having one OH substitution; R2 is hydrogen or F; and R3 is Cl or CF3. Also disclosed is the use of said compound in the treatment of inflammatory, hyperproliferative, cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, gynecological or dermatological disease or disorder.
