A compound according to formula (I) where the substituents R1, R2, R4, R5, Y, Z1 and Z2 are as defined in the claims. The compound can be 4-{ 4-[4-(4-fluoro-3-rifluoromethylphenyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-piperidin-1-yl} -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine or the compound 4-{ 4-[4-(4-fluoro-3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-piperidin-1-yl} -1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidine p-toluenesulfonate. The compound is a p70 S6 kinase inhibitor and can be used for the inhibition of angiogenesis and the treatment of adenocarcinomas.
