<p>PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to separate the portion which has connecting structures with properties different each other, and to reduce processing cost, to improve the appearance of the electrode terminal, and to form a retainer and a lead by an insulator, thereby preventing external short unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises: an electrode assembly having a positive electrode and a negative electrode in both sides of separator; a case in which the electrode assembly is mounted; a cap plate(30) sealing the one opening of the case; and an electrode terminal(41) installed in the cap plate. The electrode terminal comprises: a first terminal part(61), which installed in a terminal hole(311), connected to the electrode assembly, and forming a first connection part(612); a second terminal part(62), projected from the first terminal part, forming a second connection part, which is combined to the first connection part; and a connecting member(63) for connecting the first terminal part and the second terminal part.</p> |
