PURPOSE: A permanent magnet manipulator for a switchgear is provided to supply a strong driving force by linearly moving a first coil and a mover and using an interaction of a permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION: A moving space(101) is formed in a body unit(100). A permanent magnet is installed in the moving space of the body unit. A mover linearly moves in the moving space. A first coil(400) and a second coil(500) move the mover by an interaction of the permanent magnet. A DC supply unit includes a switch for switching a magnetic force direction.
