Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising, as an active ingredient, N1-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-N2-((1S,2R,4S)-4-[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]-2-{ [(5-methyl-4,5,6,7- tetrahydrothiazolo[5,4-c]pyridin-2-yl) carbonyl] amino} cyclohexyl) ethanediamide, represented by formula (1):, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate of any of these, which composition is coated with at least one coating agent selected from among a cellulose derivative, a polyvinyl compound, an acrylate derivative, and a saccharide e.g. hypromellose, methyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, povidone, Polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate, aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer RS, ethyl acrylate~methyl methacrylate copolymer dispersion, sucrose, and mannitol.
