PURPOSE: A food waste dehydrating apparatus is provided to reduce the concentration of dehydrated liquid by mixing sawdust in food waste to adsorb oil and maintain voids in the food waste. CONSTITUTION: In a mixing part(10), food waste is transferred through a conveyor(1) and is introduced with sawdust. A dehydrating part(20) receives the mixture of the food waste and the sawdust from the mixing part and dehydrates the mixture. A discharging part receives the dehydrated mixture through a connecting part(30) and is divided into one side and another side. An introducing part(50) re-introduces the mixture discharged through one side of the discharging part into the mixing part.
