The invention refers to an organdie sterile simple gauze, an haemostatic bandage which is an unwoven sterile yarn. - Therapeutic directions: irreplaceable when having surgical or traumatic haemorrhage, burns, pressure or varicose ulcers, diabetic foot, and in whole mouth surgeries. The macro porous natural structure of the organdie sterile simple gauze, formulated by millions of particles of natural wood resin, form a yarn without adhesive or artificial substances, this unique and exclusive manufacturing process generating a light material of a great elongation and resistance to tension and rupture, in any direction. Advantages of the organdie sterile simple gauze: the resistance thereof is maintained although it is in a 100% natural state, the same not leaving any residue, absorbing 99% its weight without adhering to the wound, protecting the wound from dry particles, facilitating the drainage of exudates and shortening the wound healing time, being a hypoallergenic and disposable an d sterilised material, the gauze preventing the wound from being macerated or infected, thus protecting the nervous tissues, the gauze also being a coagulation adjuvant since it inhibits the bleeding from one to three minutes. Warning: not using the gauze in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the components, keeping away from children, the bag must not have any damage. Presentation: package with 25 10 x 10 cm sterile simple gauzes, which are made of organdie and individually packaged in medical grade bags. Formulation: 100% natural resins of fine wood including ferrous sulphate certified at 10%; side effects: none. Usage: once the wound has been washed and disinfected, the gauze is directly applied for absorbing the rest of the humidity, replacing the bandage every 24 hrs.
