Disclosed herein crystalline forms of 4-[2-(4-methylphenylsulfanyl)-phenyl]piperidineas the HBr addition salt in a crystalline form, characterised by peaks in an XRPD at approximately 6.08, 14.81, 19.26 and 25.38. Said compound is useful as serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
