<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably simplify a manufacturing step by simultaneously forming a ring member and a freely openable lid member which are provided in a power socket for vehicle in the same mold without using other members such as a hinge pin. <P>SOLUTION: The power socket (1) for a vehicle is provided with the ring member (20) which is fitted to an attaching hole (91) and into which a socket body (10) is inserted and the lid member (30) for opening and closing the ring member. The ring member and the lid member are manufactured through: a step (S1) of forming each body separately; a step (S2) of undercutting the hinge of the ring member; a step (S3) of moving the lid member in the same mold to connect to the hinge of the ring member; a step (S4) of loading a return spring (50) to the hinge: a step (S5) of reversing a movable mold to re-install: and a step (S6) of forming a pin (37) in a pin hole (36) of the hinge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
