<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing technique for easily forming graphene sheet-based material having desired electric characteristics by having a desired chemical structure in the graphene sheet layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for processing graphene sheet-based material includes steps of irradiating the surface of the graphene sheet-based material with ultraviolet rays in an atmosphere containing a specific substance which generates an electron-donating functional group to activate the specific substance, and modifying an end part of the graphene sheet contained in the graphene sheet-based material with the electron-donating functional group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
