<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver with high sound pressure which enables a plurality of ultrasonic transmitter-receivers to be concurrently fabricated in a substrate, and enables each ultrasonic transmitter-receiver to be easily attached and detached to/from a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A cymbal type vibration plate which has a terminal in an outer circumference is adhered to a piezoelectric element to form an ultrasonic transmitter-receiver. Without disturbing vibration of the piezoelectric element by a geometric characteristic of the bent terminal, the vibration plate is vibrated easily, and an ultrasonic wave of high sound pressure is generated. By soldering a tip of the terminal of the vibration plate to a substrate, the ultrasonic transmitter-receiver which is easily attached and detached, has high sound pressure and less components, and is low in cost is realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
