<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a cognitive function disorder disease including a slight cognitive function disorder and Alzheimer's disease using protein and their partial peptide with different existing amount in a non-cognitive function disorder subject and a patient with the cognitive function disorder disease, and a biomarker comprising the protein and the partial peptide for detecting the cognitive function disorder disease including the slight cognitive function disorder and Alzheimer's disease. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides the biomarker for diagnosing the cognitive function disorder disease comprising at least one protein to be selected from protein of sequence numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, and amino acid sequence to be expressed by sequence numbers 2, 4, 6 which is the partial peptide of the protein and peptide fragments with five or more amino acid residues to be generated from the protein, and a diagnostic method using the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
