<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating board before cooking utensil in a kitchen which is excellent in cleaning nature, non-stainless ability, non-flammable, and design property. <P>SOLUTION: This heat insulating board before cooking utensil includes a base member consisting of metal plate fabricated as a shape of the heat insulating board before cooking utensil, and an inorganic non-adhered coating prepared on the base member. And the base member consists of a cold-rolled steel plate, various plating steel plates, such as zinc plating steel plate, aluminum plating steel plate, stainless steel plate, and aluminum plate.
