Provided is a continuous flow reactor for treating wastewater having high-concentration nitrogen and phosphorus, which includes the following basic components: a cylindrical influent protection weir (11) with serrated slot, a cylindrical coagulation crystallizer (1), a funnel-like baffle (4) for protecting static settling, a conical crystal static settler (2), a wall sticking inclined plate settler (3) and a wall sticking effluent weir (12) with serrated slot. Furthermore, a method for treating wastewater having high-concentration nitrogen and phosphorus is provided. The method includes the following steps: in a startup stage, supplying wastewater into the cylindrical coagulation crystallizer (1), starting an agitator, adding soluble magnesium source, and adjusting pH value to maintain 7 to 10; in a stabilization stage, back flowing initial effluent for second treatment and supplying the effluent into the next process unit until nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate reaches more than 95%. The method can improve the effect of crystallization and sedimentation of magnesium ammonium phosphate, and the device and the process are simple and convenient for running stably. |
