Disclosed is a vehicle seat height adjusting device. A vehicle seat height adjusting device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an air spring for raising or lowering a vehicle seat; a control valve which is coupled to the air spring and selectively supplies air to the air spring; a push rod which selectively applies pressure to an air-injection pin or an air discharge pin of the control valve; an arm rod which is fastened to the push rod and makes the push rod rotate; a height adjusting cable which is fastened to one side of the arm rod and makes the arm rod rotate; and a height adjusting lever which makes the height adjusting cable move in one direction.
