<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet which has excellent L-direction magnetic properties, the L-direction magnetic properties being more excellent than the C-direction magnetic properties, and has a large value obtained by normalizing the weighted-average magnetic property in the L-direction weighted in the L-direction and the C-direction by average magnetic property in the entire circumferential direction, and to provide a production method for the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented magnetic steel sheet has a chemical composition comprising, by mass, 0.005% or less of C, 1.5 to 4.0% of Si, 0.05% to 3% of Mn, 0.4 to 3.0% of sol.Al, 0.04% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S and 0.01% or less of N and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities. The non-oriented magnetic steel sheet has: a steel matrix in which the average crystal grain diameter is 40 to 180 μm; magnetic properties satisfying B<SB POS="POST">50L</SB>≥1.680, B<SB POS="POST">50L</SB>/B<SB POS="POST">50C</SB>≥1.035 and ä(2×B<SB POS="POST">50L</SB>+B<SB POS="POST">50C</SB>)/3}/ä(B<SB POS="POST">50L</SB>+2×B<SB POS="POST">50D</SB>+B<SB POS="POST">50C</SB>)/4}≥1.025; and a sheet thickness of 0.10 to 0.35 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
