摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present an image in which expression patterns of a plurality of target molecules in cells in the sample are expressed with sufficient visibility to raise diagnostic accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A pigment amount calculation part 457 calculates a pigment amount of molecule target pigments for every pixel of a VS image. A cell component identification processing part 458 identifies cell components based on the pigment amount of the molecule target pigments for visualizing the cell components. A target molecule expression part extraction part 460 extracts expression parts of the plurality of target molecules in areas of the cell components. A cell subtype setting part 461 sets cell subtypes in which presence and absence of the expression of the plurality of target molecules are combined. A cell subtype classification determination part 462 classifies cell areas in the VS image into the cell subtypes based on combination of the expression parts of the plurality of target molecules included in the cell areas.
