<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction menu generating device, a system and a program for generating a display screen based on an operation history of a client. <P>SOLUTION: A server 30 functioning as an automatic transaction menu generating device comprises: a history information storage unit 32 for storing an operation history of an automated teller machine 1 by a client; an operation history analysis unit 33 for analyzing the operation history stored by the history information storage unit 32; and a menu generating unit 36 for generating operation menus for the client based on the analysis by the operation history analysis unit 33. Further, the server 30 is connected with the automated teller machine 1 as a terminal or a user terminal 40, generates the operation menus for the client in response to reception of client's operations on a transaction screen from the terminals, transmits the operation menus as a transaction screen to display units 5 and 44 of the terminals, and stores the operation history of the client in the history information storage unit 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
